- 1 x pack of Thermoeyes Beads: comforting eye beads that are heated in warm water

Whilst you can choose to use the Beads or the Instants with this goggle, either option will provide you with up to 20 minutes of controlled heat therapy to loosen oils in your meibomian glands and immediately help your symptoms. You can also place both the Beads and Instants in the freezer to turn this product into a cold compress.

How Do You Use It?
1. Moist Heat Therapy
If you are using the Thermoeyes Beads, microwave them in their fabric pockets and mesh bag with 1 cup of water for 45 seconds. Leave the Beads for 1 minute and then place inside the google.
If you prefer to use the Thermoeyes Instants, activate the self-heating gel pack by clicking the disc inside the pack. Once warm, place the Instants inside the moistened fabric pockets and place inside the google. After use, the Instants must be boiled for 2-3 minutes to be reset for next time.
2. Cold Therapy
You can also use the Tranquileyes XL Advanced googles as a luxury cold compress. Simply insert either the Beads or the Instants into the fabric pockets in the google and place in the freezer in a sealed bag for around 20 minutes. Once cold, place the cooled google over your closed eyelids for instant relief.
3. Night Mask
This product can be used as a night mask to provide overnight protection for dry eyes by moistening the black foam inserts.
