Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Safely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the product seals are intact to comply with health and hygiene regulations.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
